Hairy Situation

A few years ago, a good friend of mine (who I have known since 1989) moved into my neighborhood. In fact, she moved just around the corner from me. This is very convenient for both of us since we pet sit for each other.

She is traveling right now, and I am caring for her two Collies and two kitties. I go over there in the morning on my way to work. This has proven to be a bit of a challenge because it is high Collie shedding season. I typically wear black pants to work, and try my best to keep the Collies from rubbing on me.

Mission: Impossible. Collies are some of the friendliest dogs on the face of the planet, and my friend's Collies love me like an Auntie. So, in I go to work, covered in long white Collie hair. My co-workers think it's pretty amusing.
