Words to remember
On this day in 1709, the creator of the first dictionary of the English language, Samuel Johnson, was born in England. Have some fun...make up a couple of words and their meanings.

One of my words is Hootigan: A person who runs around making up sounds at night to scare other people. Could not find this in any dictionary so I think it is made up. Also looked for the suffix might be Celtic or American Indian. We used to have some people running around at night hooting like owls to signal each other.

2. Sharooo: The wind, that is blowing through the leaves of the Tulip tree in the back yard speaks this word. The wind blows the leaves sliding them against each other, so it becomes Sharooo reshah. the meaning is: Rain on the way.
