the Supreme Court is interesting
Do you ever see stories written that say Ambassadors can't be charged in USA courts for crimes?? Guess what!
From Article III of the constitution:
"In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. " Plus there is a definition of Ambassadors, public Ministers and consuls.
There is definition of crimes against the USA and citizens of the USA. And, there is a Supreme Court decision giving federal courts the jurisdiction needed in cases.
Anyone out there writing crime or terrorist stories, This is a fact that can be used.
Speaking of crimes our wonderfully almost warm weather has changed to spring winds and rain mixed with wet snow. Even the dog did not want his walk this morning. We walked anyway and played catch in the living room. Now I'm going to read.
