Gardening, Planting Flowers

Prompt: Have you had any bad experiences with gardening or planting flowers? Let's talk about them.

I don't have time to plant a garden. My father would hoe and water his all the time. No thanks. I plant flowers. My husband helps me but he says I daydream and he has to remind me to come back to earth. We have ran out of dirt. We buy dirt to do the flowers. I have bought flowers and planted them, 12 and they all died! So we went back and bought more. Sometimes, 1 or 2 will die no matter what. Some animal dug up one of my flowers one year. One morning, I caught a deer by my flowers and my plants are right next to the house! The wind has been brutal and blown my flowers down or they get destroyed by hail. I only planted one plant last year. I had hernia surgery last May and just didn't feel like it. I am hoping to plant a bunch this year. I have a cow planter, Teddy Bear one, Tea cup, deer one and some regular urn shaped planters. I am hoping I will get in the mood to plant flowers this year. I love my Sweet Williams, Pansies and those orange and pink ones that start with ch. Here's to a good year of having beautiful flowers.
