Recovery

Well I survived my ordeal in the land of colon Bliss. No polyps were found, but it took much longer than the 20minutes he said it would. It took more like an hour. And it seemed like the anesthesia lingered. My wife commented about the length of time it took till I was awake.

I walked away and in celebration ate too much and had cramping and ache that was like an inactive volcano coming back to life. I have been feeling better. I eat less and exercise more. In time I will recover-in God's time!!!!
