Day 25 Give It A 100 Girl Scouts

I was a Girl Scout. We didn't get to go camping. They would plan a camping trip and it always got canceled. We did go to The Miss Indiana Pageant and we got to meet the former Miss Indiana from the previous year and had a Pepsi party with her. I got her autograph. We went the next year as well.

We took a First Aid Class and we earned some Merit Badges. I didn't start out as a Brownie. I was a Junior Girl Scout and then got to be a Cadette. We made spice balls. They stunk! The other girls were boy crazy and seemed to lose interest and when it was time for me to be a Senior Girl Scout, I was busy with school activities like: Drama Class, Plays, Paper Staff, being in Beauty Pageants and Girl Scouts wasn't cool anymore. I was in Church Youth Group. I did enjoy my years as a Girl Scout. I have a Girl Scout Barbie as my memory of being one.

I would recommend Girl Scouts to young girls. It is fun.
