Give 100 blogs The early Years.

During my school days I was petrified of the strap and in Scotland when I lived there as a child they used it for every little chance they had. I sailed through the infants and the juniors without being strapped. It was all too different when I entered the senior school. You only had to sneeze the wrong way and you were out on the line for the strap, I was quite a problem when they came to me to strap, and I refused to take it, I faced up to the teachers and put on an act of a rebellious child, but the truth is, I didn't have pleasure in being that person I was actually terrified of the strap. The teacher draped I under there jackets on their shoulder. Before the abolishment of capital punishment my Son was in Scotland for a short while between 1975 and 78 they were still strapping the kids and his statement was the teachers wore the strap like six gun under there jacket.
