Day 73 Give It A 100 Summer Reading, Danielle Steel

I just read Danielle Steel's new book "Magic." I thought it would be boring at first with all these rich people in Paris, France who go to a fancy dinner every year. As I started reading, the characters were like soap opera characters and I love soap operas so I was hooked.

One man had affairs on his wife and he got a young model pregnant and she had twins and they were four months early and one died. The man wanted to leave the girlfriend but couldn't. So his wife divorced him and the man's girlfriend left him with the surviving baby girl. He tried to go back with his wife but she had moved on with a nice guy.

Another couple ended up having a long distance marriage. He was in China and she was in France. She almost had an affair.

The one woman was divorced and a boyfriend 20 years younger and her children didn't like it.

This ended up being a good book and Danielle Steel always adds romance, dramatic events and I am always happy to read her books. I read every book Danielle writes.
