Prompt : Motivational Monday! One of my all-time favourite quotes is from Hunter S. Thompson...."Buy the ticket, take the ride".How much does this quote apply to you? Are you a " get what you signed up for" type? Or someone else?

          I don't think I'm a risk taker, at least not of the hells' bells type. Extreme sports are not for me. Walking sometimes Is difficult enough for me; I am a klutz . Concentrating on placing one foot in front of the other without tripping myself is as extreme as I get. My lack of coordination provokes frequent falls. I cannot consider parachuting , or back country skiing .

         I suppose my marriage at a young age could be interpreted as a risk. Perhaps it was a bit impulsive, but I we'd at nineteen. There were no impressive plans or expectations. I jumped in with both feet. Armed with a certain amount of naivety, I assumed all would be well. Soon, my hubby and I will reach a milestone ; thirty-eight years as a team.
