It may take hard work to get to the top. I am sure it does. Some people are born into rich families and don't have to do anything. My husband and I work to get the things we want. My job was easier ago but with the mentally ill people, they are different then the ones I am used to taking care of. As long as people work, do their best and aren't free loading, I would say they are working hard. I don't want to run a big multidollar company. I would be happy to be like Danielle Steel writing best sellers all the time. I know that is hard work. She puts out a new book every three months. I wouldn't want that pressure. I have done the best I can and I have what I want. I am just looking forward to retiring.
