Halloween Writing Challenge Prompt 5 Clowns

Prompt: We are to write A poem or short story about clowns. Clowns are being scary. We can make this funny or creepy.

Bozo the clown and his side kick Cookie,
Crusty the Clown and Sideshow Bob, they
are funny. Rodeo clowns and circus clowns-
those I like because they aren't creepy.

I love the song "Bring in the Clowns".
This song is meant to cheer up a person
and make you smile. Clowns are supposed
to be funny and a source of entertainment.

Creepy clowns, killer clowns from outer space.
Creepy clown sightings. Like seriously? I blame
this crap on all those crime shows. We can't forget
Stephen Kings "It" and his bad clown penny. Spooky.

There is a clown school. I know people who are
just natural clowns. Clowning around. We all do
that at times. Clowning around relieves tension.
So, being in the nice clowns. Bring them in now.

I wasn't sure what to write about clowns.
I love a funny clown. If I see a clown, he
had better behave. I will throw something at
him I am sure. Creepy clown, get a life!
