When No Defense is the Best Defense - December 14

Sometimes the best answer is no answer at all... and the best defense is no defense at all. Go to a courtroom and watch a case being tried and you may see that played out.

When I was younger, I was married to an alcoholic... As a family, we learned there were times when we should not allow ourselves to be drawn into conversation... Maybe you have experienced that too at some point in your life.

There have also been many times in my life when I felt attacked and responded in like manner... Those were not good, happy times.
