Jan. 2nd - "Writing Is Thinking Through My Fingers"
Although Isaac Asimor was a very successful writer, his famous quote, "Writing to me, is simply thinking through my fingers," has some people scratching their heads.

I'm not sure how Isaac did his writing; perhaps he used a pen to at least write the basics of his story, or his outline. In that respect, I can understand the comment. All ideas must come from the brain (thinking) and writing must be completed in some way by getting it onto paper or some form of media.

In today's world we might say, "Writing to me is a series of thoughts that are brought together by writing or typing them down."

If you think about it long enough, the quote does make sense. I think writing is a brain to hand exercise.
