None but out ourselves can free our minds
So the wise Mr Bob Marley stated
So many of us live our lives in binds
It was a condition to which he related.

There is much truth in his every word
For those who care to hear
Some may think that sounds absurd
But lend a listening ear.

Each of us controls our choices
That is we choose how we react
Since this is true it includes inner voices
It is a simple statement of fact.

So Bob Marley was absolutely right
We can free our minds if we think we might.
