Writing, Stage, Script

Prompt: "As the room gradually lightens like a empty stage set before my eyes, I am aware that another day, another play in which I will be responsible for writing the script, developing the main character and managing the props is about to begin." Okay. Write about your day and your life.

If I have the night off, I get up at 8:00 AM and make my bed. I take my pills. My cat comes to greet me and I pet her. I go on the computer and check for e-mails from my friends and I go to WDC for awhile. If this is my day to clean house, I clean house. Sometimes, I go to a Doctor's Appointment or go shopping. Somedays, I go to Barnes and Nobles.

This is the day I color in my stress relief coloring books or scrapbook. I am going to make vegetable soup in the Crock Pot so I get the ingredients ready and turn my slow cooker on. I will watch "Young and Restless" after while. I will grab a TV dinner for lunch.

I have to do some laundry so I do laundry. I clean out the cat box and vacuum.

If I worked midnights, I get up and take my Meds, watch "Young and the Restless", go eat and hang around WDC. I feed my cat. She eats three times a day. I go back to bed at 2:00 PM if I have to work that night. I get back up at 5:00 PM to get ready for work.

On my nights off, I watch TV, text my mother and stay up until 11:30 PM.

When my husband is home, we go to WalMart. He will take me to Bath and Body to shop or if he has to see his Doctor, I get to go to Barnes and Nobles. In the summer, we go to a couple of farm shows and I go to Flea Markets. I love when we go to Frankenmuth, Michigan to the Christmas Store.

This is my life and my stage. I write stories at times, my Jane Austen Newsletters and I hope to write more stories this year.

BCOF Promp;t: Snow asked what writing means to us. It is like thinking through our fingers and writing. To me, writing is an escape from the real world and I decide the characters fate, make up nice and not so nice characters and get to meet people and places even if they are just in my mind. I love it. I love to create my own fantasy world, so I write.
