♥noVember tHiNg♥ did this song for her Prince songs Journal and I decided to do it, too. She is a Dear Friend and I hope she doesn't mind.

Nikki was a song about a woman who was a sex fiend.
This was a brave song for Prince to sing. We know
women who use men for her pleasures. I used to be
embarrassed to listen to this song. It's naughty.

I love Prince and naughty was one of his traits.
This song was cute but I heard Tippa Gore didn't
want her daughters listening to it. The songs they
have now. Like seriously. That's Rock and Roll.

This song didn't embarrass me as time went on. Poor
Apollonia thought this song was meant for her
character in the movie. The Kid sang it when he was
mad at her for hanging around with Morris Day and Jerome.

I do like this song. Another one of Prince's bad boy/bad
girl song. I am happy to be able to include this song in my
Playlist. This song is one from Purple Rain. One of my
favorite movies. I am happy to write about Prince this month.
