The Legend of Uni's Moo

In far off, mythic Celtic shores,
danced a unicorn called, "Uni"
Her best friend was a bull named, "HOOves,"
Their sorts thought them kind of looney!

"Please teach me how you moo, kind HOOves!"
came the plea of the unicorn
in secret cathedral towers
A sheltered melody of horns

Remarkable, their symphony
Enchanted, magical the sound
Pink fluffy unicorn matched moos,
Bull baritone from County Down

Their legend traveled far and wide
from Galway to the Irish Sea
Admirers flocked from castle grounds,
to hear the unicorn colleen

So, when you think you cannot do
some goal that's way beyond your gift
Remember HOOves and "Uni" fair,
To give you faith and spirits lift!
