Close Friends, Hurt, Strangers, Giraffe

Blog City Prompt: Close friends and people we love hurt us more then strangers do. Why do you think this happens?

Close friends, family and people we love, we think they love us and care more then anything. When they hurt us, we think why do I love them and care? People we love that love us are supposed to help us not hurt us. Two of my friends would go after guys I like. My aunt used to put me down and my mother. Strangers, I don't care. I will tell a stranger off. I will probably never see them again. People who hurt me. If they do something wrong, I will remind them how they treated me. I forgive but they need to care about me as well. I try not to hurt anyone. I care about people I love.

BCOF Prompt: Write about a giraffe for Giraffe Day.

I love giraffes. My great nephew got to feed one. Giraffes are pretty and I wish I had one in my back yard. They seem so gentle and they kiss their babies which is so sweet. I wish more people were like giraffes.
