Through heartache, tears and pain
my kindred spirit will remain;
a sisterhood of warmed hearts
even when life sends us apart.

Miles to travel-but we do-
I found my best friend in you.
Together we have laughed so much
at silliness and jokes and such.

Pictures of times gone by;
from teenager to you and I.
Thirty years is quite a treasure
A friendship I could not measure.
