It doesn’t stop him from find out what’s will going on with The Mansion on Top of the Mountain. But it does slow him down a little. (2) Describe the moment when your protagonist(s) makes the choice to embark on this story's journey and face the conflict. It’s when Jasper is almost killed by his secret. Now not only are the parents involved in this near death, but so are the police. They want Tween Detectives to stop before one of them does gets killed. Yeah, like that’s going to happen. (3) Describe the moment when your protagonist(s) crosses the point of no return and cannot change their mind about accepting the journey and facing the conflict. The near death is also the turning point for The Tween Detectives. Now they are more determined than ever to find out what’s really going on. It’s bad enough when the phony ghost is up to something. But when they try to stop The Tween Detectives with death, that’s crossing the line of no return. |
