Halloween Word Poem, What I Am Writing This Month
Blog City Prompt: Use these words in a Halloween Poem. Six, Cats, Spells, Cookies, Moonlight. Juggling.
Six pretty, black cats were
juggling pumpkins and a witch
cackled and was making a brew
and casting a spell. Look out!
What she was brewing? The cats were
waiting patiently and it was a nice,
moonlight night. A Halloween night
that was perfect. The witch did a dance.
Fog covered the moon and then it left.
The cats were hungry and supper was late.
The witch took a big spoon and put it in
her cauldron. Out came three dozen cookies!
They looked liked pumpkins, gingerbread
men, moons, ghosts and vampires. The cats
didn't care. They ate them all and the witch
gave them some apple cider. A tasty Halloween!
BCOF Prompt: Lyn asked what we are writing this month. Like NaNaNo and other writing.
I wrote a story about pink, fluffy unicorns for a contest and a Breast Cancer awareness Poem. I am just doing Blog entries. I did a Jane Austen Newsletter this month like I do every month. No story ideas at this time.
