This is my book of poetry that I hope to eventually publish with photos. |
You can hear the Voice crying out, “Danger, My children!” Yet, you still play the games of the world, Laughing and saying, “Father, worry not!” Danger, danger, danger, The alarm trills in your head, But you think only of yourself, And the hungers you want fed. Others watch you dance by fire, And wonder how you are not burned. Your laughter rings against the mountains, And you refuse to see the truth displayed. Danger, danger, danger, The alarm trills in your head, But you think only of yourself, And the hungers you want fed. Someday you think you’ll get it right, But for now you’re having too much fun. And wouldn’t God want you to enjoy life? Sin is not so expensive, you say, when you’re young. Danger, danger, danger, The alarm trills in your head, But you think only of yourself, And the hungers you want fed. Time is speeding up and running out, And others are calling for you to awaken, But you have other plans and places to be, Thinking that time will never run out on you. Danger, danger, danger, The alarm trills in your head, But you think only of yourself, And the hungers you want fed. Listen to the warning call, children, Listen to the King. He is telling you to repent and return, Before the final bell tolls for you.
"How you turned my world, you precious thing! You starve and near exhaust me... Everything I've done, I've done for you! I move the stars for no one!" If you are wondering who I am, then you haven't looked closely enough... ~~Image #4000 Sharing Restricted~~ "Your eyes can be so cruel...just as I can be so cruel!" |
