Souls of clear crystal
shining with the light of God
reflect Baha'u'llah's love.

To Be a Baha'i

To be a Baha'i is
         to abide in the Reality of Baha'u'llah;
         to see the world through the eyes of the Manifestation of God.

To be a Baha'i is
         to love in the character of a world citizen;
         to see humanity as a single species.

To be a Baha'i is
         to be intimately committed to your own spiritual evolution;
         to work for the unity of the entire human race.

On Becoming a Baha'i

uncomfortable in matter
my soul screamed
without the Beloved

World Citizens

Citizens of a single country,
we walk from town to town,
intoning God's Most Great Name.

Secure in the knowledge,
that out of the crucible of tests,
World Peace will come.

Work Ethic

Work is worship!
To walk beneath the arch of success
One must be willing to worship the Almighty.

Faith

Fear overcome by the prayers of Baha'u'llah,
Ability enhanced through the focus of the
Individual on the writings of the Pen of Glory.
Telling humanity about the Blessed Beauty
Happiness is obedience to the Lord of Host.

Day By Day

Live the life one step at a time
Day by day
In little ways gain knowledge of self

One step at a time overcome insistent self
Day by day
In little way teach the Cause of God

One st at a time plant seeds of love
Day by day
In little way treat humanity as Baha'is

District Convention

Firm in the Covenant of God,
The flowers of humanity gather,
Reflecting God's Most Great revelation,
To the world of matter.

Rose Petals

Rose petals strewn
on the table of His cause
we release our love in the air.

Gardeners

Gardeners in the field of life,
striving to unite a planet,
torn by hatred and strife.

If we take our eyes momentarily from the task,
the seeds of doubt and disunity,
are placed within our grasp.

My Focus

When I focus on Baha'u'llah:
I believe in my ow abilities;
My out look is positive.

When I focus on myself:
I am helpless to overcome my inabilities;
My outlook is negative.

Use Me!

At dawn in all its splendor,
When humanity's in danger,
And following a stranger,
Use me, Baha'u'llah,
Use me to emblazon Thy name.

In the smoke of Armageddon,
When the light of faith is hidden,
And the planet is war ridden,
Use me, Baha'u'llah,
Use me to spread Thy fame.

In this period of germination,
When God's Kingdom is under construction,
And society is in transition,
Use me, Baha'u'llah,
Use me to establish Thy claim.

Gold Coin

Love of Baha'u'llah is the
Gold coin in my life;
The pearl of great price.

New Life

New life stirs within my soul's dark womb,
As I ascend out of ego's tomb;
With ears of blood I greet faith's new light:
Baha'u'llah has restored my sight,
And revelaed to me religion
Unified by God's most recent Manifestation.
         Zietgeist, that I was, now worships God alone!

Remembering My Birth

I remember my birth--
not my birth into the realm of matter--
my birth into the Kingdom of God.

I remember the contractions,
that pushed me out of the womb of doubt
into the light of certitude.

Sisters

No physical tie binds as tight
         As the Glory of God
We are sister under the skin

Together we walk into paradise
         While on Earth we are sister under the skin

Assembly Meeting

Nine mirrors reflect
in perfect unity
the Glory of God.

My Bridge Over Troubled Water

Baha'u'llah is my bridge over troubled waters!
Each test is a bridge to the knowledge of self.
All bridges lead to the knowled of God!
Unity is a bridge to peace.
The source of all knowledge is God!
Yield to the will of God!

I must
make every event
and every circumstance
in my life serve the Faith.
