1 The End is Coming Preparing for the end of the world, Really is quite exhausting; Eventually you have to ask And ponder the question: "What did Christ actually mean by the end of the world?" It is a pertinent question at this time. Events are coming together that point to the end! 2 New Creation The eighth day dawned bright, with humanity reborn into God's New World Order. 3 New Phase of Evolution Illuminated through the knowledge of God, and led by His most recent Manifestation, Humanity has begun a new phase of evolution. 4 The World Waits The world is waiting for God's Promised One to come; the final judgment. Humanity waits for the return of the Lord and the world to end. 5 Questioning the End of the World Preparing for the end of the world, really is quite exhausting. At intervals a single ray may escape the concealing veils, that divide God's ancient faith into sects, denominations, and cults. 11 Artificial Flowers Even in winter artificial flowers bloom their beauty imitating the spirit of spring, while they remain obedient to dogma. Artificial flowers never question their own salvation, and never realize they will melt under the summer sun. 12 Armageddon's Echoes Reverberating up and down the corridors of time Armageddon's echoes woke humanity's soul: roused poet-prophets who inscribed on crystal walls of faith the sonances of resurrection. 13 Nationalism Pre-Christian myths copulate, with post Christian myths begetting horned demons conceived in the womb of fear. Cloaked in the flags of nation-states, they descend into the maelstorm of Armageddon, intoning national anthems. 14 The Splintered Mirror Shard by shard the splintered mirror plunges to the ground. The countenance it echoed split into a thousand sects. 15 Wind of God The wind of God is blowing across the planet, it is pushing before it the forces of destruction, and it is pulling behind it the forces of construction. 16 Order Out of Chaos Chaos is torn Today does not exist Only the future stands united 17 Entities of a New Creation Entities of a new creation, We stand mid-point in time, Sandwiched between yesterday and tomorrow, Building on new foundations, A world in which each of us, Is free to develop our talents, In the service of God. 18 Religion Shard by shard the shattered mirror plunges to the ground. The countenances it echoed split into a thousand sects. 19 Requiem for War Armies assemble into battalions, armadas, and terrorist cells to conquer the infidel. The enemy responds, the four horsemen mount their steeds and exit the gates of hell. Poet's Note: ▼ |
