Shattered Hopes
Prompt: Hope. I had hope. It wasn't much hope but it was a little. Then it turned out to have a thousand pieces, scattering in all directions. Hope for the best, expect the worst. When was a time that you thought all hope was lost but things got better?

After I woke up in the hospital from a extensive bowel surgery and almost died,, was on a breathing tube for six days {I was in neverland, sleeping!{ and couldn't walk. I had almost lost hope. I was on a wound vac. I almost given up hope. I got better, walked again and things were better. I got well. I had God and Jesus with me.

After my house burned down, I was ready to give up hope but the insurance paid off and things went back to normal. I had hope and prayers.

All my problems I have at times, I always have hope. Hope is all we have plus God. Things will be rough at times but hope is always there. My grandparents die and I knew they couldn't live forever but I had hopes they would live longer. Hope can shatter but we have to pick ourselves back up and go on. I always thought I would flunk high school, never get married or be smart enough to go to college. I expected the worse but I had hope. I graduated from high school, went to college, got an Associate Of Arts Degree and got married. Hope paid off. Yes, we always have hope. Thank you, God.
