Cottage Door, Key

Prompt: "I longed to be transported into that quiet little landscape, to walk up the path, to take a key from my pocket and open the cottage door....... What happens next?

The house looks like something out of Country Living or Victoria Magazine. There is a blue and white tea pot and tea cups on the table with cookies. I am greeted by Jane Austen. She hugs me and we have tea and talk about writing. I have made chocolate cupcakes for this occasion to go along with the tea and cookies. We make a quilt of many colors and Jane tells me to take it home with me. Jane gives me a blue and white shawl she has made for me. I like being in Jane's time and I couldn't be happier.

Another scenario: I am having tea with the Royals or the people of Downton Abbey.

I hope to be greeted by Jesus like this in heaven someday.
