Blog City image small "Prompt: "We don't stop going to school when we graduate." Carol Burnett Do you agree with this quote?"

I absolutely agree. I am what you might call a professional student. I have spent most of my life in college, including some of the 30+ years I spent in drug addiction. So of course I agree with Carol. I also know that school is not the end of the education. One must read professional journals and take all sorts of continuing education in most fields to stay qualified. In fact my associate degree is obsolete now. I need to restudy the current material if I want a job. So yes education continues.

Image for BCOF members to put in their blogs I was reading Minja s newsletter this week about noticing newbies and no titles. What did she mean no title? So I read and then thought about my writing. How important is the title when writing? Is it still a story without a title? How do you as authors decide what works?

I think titles are important because they distinguish my story from others. In school I have to use titles on my research papers and essays or they are considered incomplete. I believe titles distinguish my work and mark it as my own. I will continue using them.

I don't want to miss an opportunity to give praise to my Lord Jesus Christ. I currently have my doctors scratching their heads. I was caught up in the Hepatitis A epidemic that has been hitting my area. I had Hep A. My liver was shutting down. I prayed about it and my liver began functioning normally again. My enzymes are back to baseline.
