Ten Things That Make Me Happy

1. Soft Tacos preferably with beef or chicken; however, I will eat them with pork.

2. Cheese burger with everything on it except ketchup.

3. French fries with ranch dressing. Please note, I do not care for ketchup; although, I will consider pasta sauce or salsa.

4. Spanish rice, with either green or red salsa. When I make Spanish rice I usually add ground beef after the rice is cooked. I do this because when my Grandmother made Spanish rice, she fixed it as a main dish and added ground beef. I have not tried ground chicken or turkey; however, I will consider it.

5. Listening to spiritual or gospel music. Some of my favorites are songs I heard as a child when I went to church services at the Southern Baptist Mission in the Smelter Heights in Blackwell, Oklahoma. My other favorites are songs by Baha'i artists. Fortunately, I have access to all these songs on YouTube.

6. Reading. I usually read three different genres of books: (1) Spiritual or scripture, (2) Fantasy, and (3) Science Fiction. On rare occasions, I have been known to read History books and Doctoral Dissertations.

7. Coffee. I usually take my coffee black or with chocolate in it. Sometimes, I add International Delight flavored coffee creamers.

8. Chocolate. I like chocolate in anything. I especially like chocolate cake with ice cream. It does not matter what flavor of ice cream. I will eat any type of chocolate candy; however, I prefer Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.

9. Anything that makes me laugh.

10. Sweet iced tea. I prefer my iced tea with real sugar, when I make it at home. When I purchase it in a store, I buy Arizona Sweetened tea, most of the time. I have been known to purchase other brands of sweetened tea.
