Almost Two Short Stories in One Day
Almost Two Short Stories in One Day

Yesterday, I thought about working on my WDC Short Story instead of my third Outlines. As it turned out maybe I should have done that. Only I didn’t. I decided to work on them instead. What does that mean for my WDC Short Story? I planned on finishing it up this Monday or Tuesday. The only with doing that is that the deadline for this month is Wednesday. That’s cutting it very close again this month too. That will make it two months in a row that this has happened. Something that I promised myself that I would do.

Maybe I don’t have to do that today. I planned on working on my two short stories for the last October NaNoWriMo Prep Challenge today and tomorrow. As it turned out I got them both done today. Well, at least I did the Wandita Plot Backstory Short Story. I also got most of the Jessica Strong Plot Backstory done too. I’m very close to getting it done too. I should be able to finish it before I go to sleep tonight.

The big question is when will I update the Assignment Log and enter them into the contest. Will I do them before I go to sleep too or wait until tomorrow morning before I go to work. A lot of that depends on how long it takes me to finish the second one and how tired I am when I get it done. If I’m not too tired, then I will do it tonight, and if I am I will wait until after I get up tomorrow morning.

Most likely no matter how tired I am I will do it before I go to sleep. After all, I only got a couple of hours before I go to work. I don’t want to take the chance of not getting it into the contest in time. Only that shouldn’t be any problem. I’ve got until noon Sunday WDC time to do that. What is a problem is when I update the Assignment Log. True, I don’t have to do that tomorrow, but I want to do it if I can, and I should be able to do it without too much trouble.

Whether I do it tonight or when I get up tomorrow what does that mean for when I get to work. Will I continue to work on my third Outlines for my novels or will I finish up on my WDC Short Story first. I haven’t decided what I’m going to do yet. True, I know what I should do first, but I might not. After all, I do need to get the Outlines done too.
