Unity Meditation:
Version One

I

Humanity's solidarity
The next stage in human evolution

II

Divine unity
Makes no distinction
Between the revealers of God's light

III

Today
The oneness of humanity
Is the pivot of reality

IV

God's oneness
Admits the validity
Of each of His Manifestations

V

God's plan
The unification of all humanity
In one common faith

VI

The unity of nations
Is a sign of humanity's maturity

VII

Unity of language
A prerequisite for planetary government

VIII

Unity of thought
I necessary in solving planetary problems

The unity of God's Cause
Is insured by the power of His Covenant

X

Economic unity
Will insure Humanity's standard of living

Religious unity
Is the fulfillment of God's promise
To humanity

Unity of freedom insures
The diversity of all humanity

Political unity
Earth is on country
Humanity citizens

Unity's essence
Is obedience to God's Manifestation

Version Two

"You God have created man and woman in your likeness!"
You have placed within each the ability
To reflect, through the diversity
Of their essence, Your reality.

"You God have created man and woman ..."
You have revealed, through the diversity
Of their nature, the verity
Of Your divinity.

"You God have created ..."
You have divulged, through the diversity
Of Your creation, the unity
Of humanity.

I wrote the first version this sometime in 148 B.E. The original title was Vahids, which means unity. I wrote the second version in 151 B.E., as a result of an interreligious panel discussion I attended.
