Starting Jessica Strong Today

I have already decided what I’m going to be doing tomorrow with my writing. Yes, I know I said tomorrow instead of today, but I have a very good reason why I have done that. It’s because I started writing this Blog entry will I was at work. So, technically it is still today, and I’m writing about what I’m going to be doing tomorrow. Which is to start working on my Jessica Strong Introduction Chapter.

Spent the whole day today trying to figure out what is the best way to represent the Introduction Chapter for my Wandita novel. After trying a million different ways to convert it into a Courier Font, I decided to keep it as a Times New Roman Font. Why have I decided to do that? It’s because converting it means deleting about a third of the lines from each part. That’s way too many to do. True, it’s not as hard for my Wandita parts, but it will be for my GorVon and Enaina parts. It is a lot easier to keep the Times New Roman Font.

There is still a slight problem with the Wandita Introduction Chapter, though. At first, I wanted the Chapters to be ten pages long. Then I changed it to fifteen pages for each chapter. Whichever way I chose to do it, it adds one more page to them. So instead of ten pages, it’s eleven and instead of fifteen, it’s sixteen. Whether I do eleven or sixteen that means I will be adding forty-two more pages to my novels. Why is it over by a page? It’s because of the one-third way down for the Chapter and Chapter Title plus the Pound Sign part separators. True, I can shorten my line count by eight lines per part, and I might just do that, but I’m not going to do it right now. I want to get the Jessica Strong Introduction Chapter done first. Then I will decide if I want the extra pages or not on both of my novels.
