A Little Goes a Long Way

What does the title for this Blog entry mean? It means that I didn’t have too much time to write today, but what writing I have been able to do has been very productive. No, I didn’t get both parts for my Jessica Strong Introduction Chapter done today. I’m not that lucky. I wish I could have done that, but with the amount of writing I got to do today, it’s not too big of a surprise I didn’t get them both done. Even though, I didn’t get them both done today I did get one of them done. Which means I only have one left to do tomorrow at work. Can I do it? If it’s a normal Wednesday I should be able to do it.

Why haven’t I gotten more writing done today? It’s because today was like my Monday’s usually. What I mean by that is that usually on Monday we pay our bill, get stuff to eat, etc. Today is the day that we did that. That’s what I mean by it being reversed this week too. At least I think it was last week it was Tuesday instead of Monday too, but I’m not sure without checking out my Blog entries from last week. Whether it was last week, which I am very sure that it is, or two weeks ago it has happened again. As a result of all this running around, I only got a few hours to work on my writing. Plus, another couple of hours after midnight WDC time. So in total, I only got to write about five hours today before I started writing this Blog entry.

Even though I haven’t gotten too much written time-wise, I have Word Count wise. I got about fourteen hundred words written today. That’s a lot considering I only wrote for a few hours. Don’t know how I did it, but I did. I guess I was just in the flow today. Once I started writing it came out of my fingertips to the keyboard, then the laptop. It’s a lot better than yesterday. Not when it comes to Word Count, that’s only a couple of hundred different, but because of time versus Word Count. What I mean by that is that I might have only gotten about twelve thousand words written yesterday, but it took me all day to do it. Yes, I know I wrote about a thousand in yesterday’s Blog entry, but I was wrong about that. It was about twelve thousand words.

So, what am I going to do tomorrow? I’m going to finish then Introduction Chapter for my Jessica Strong novel. If I don’t get it done at work for some reason I will when I get home from work. I shouldn’t have too much to do if I don’t get it done there. Then again, it might be less than I thought. It all depends on how busy I am at work. If I’m not too busy I might even be able to get started working on the first Chapter for my Jessica Strong novel.
