Forward Movement1

Each day I journey toward a distant crest,
Only at sunset do I dare rest,
A moment of pray before moving on
Step by step I advance toward my goal.

Gratitude List for 8 Masa’il

Today I am thankful...
          ...for the chocolate chip cookies I had with my coffee this morning.
          ...that my Bank of America checking account is not overdrawn today.
          ...for the home brewed sweet iced tea I had with my lunch today.
          ...that I have $35.33 in my Vindale Research account.
          ...that I found more of my mother's poems to put in "My Mother's Poems" .

My response to the question "What do you want to write in 2019?" in "Action/Adventure Newsletter (December 19, 2018)" . At this point, I have made three writing goals for 2019, one of them is general and two are specific. The general writing goal is (1) participate in "I Write in 2019" , which will give me room to include a birth in one or more of my contest entries. The specific goals are (1) participate in "Invalid Item"  and (2) write 200 poems to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of the Birth of The Bab. I will place the commemorative poems in "Bicentenary Poems and Prose" .
