It Begins

Well, it's after midnight WDC time, so it's March 1st. The first assignments haven't been announced yet, but I thought I'd stop in and write the first blog post because it's been bothering me having an empty blog in my port.

Let's see, where should I start?

Well, I'm Jennifer. I live in Idaho. I'm nearing 40, have a husband and two kids...one is almost 8, and the other is almost 18. I have two cats, and I live in a very small town.

I'm a little nervous about this whole Spring Writing Jamboree thing because I like to know what I'm getting myself into. But, I was honored to be handpicked among the sea of black portfolios on WDC, so I'll do the best I can.
