It was a good day. I went to Devotional Services at the Baha'i Center and I started poem 24 of the 200 I'm writing the celebrate the Bicentenary of the Birth of the Bab.

Monday morning bird song
echoes through my neighborhood,

          ...for the banana I had for my first breakfast.
          ...that my Bank of America checking account is not overdrawn this morning.
          ...for the $5.00 the Nielson company sent me for completing a mail-in survey.
          ...for the Grandma's chocolate chip cookies I have for my afternoon snack.
          ...that I received a merit badge today.
