All morning, I've dealt with telephone and harassers, who obviously want to bring my blood pressure up. I need a mental health day, so I've decided to turn my cell phone off on Friday, and take the house phone off the receiver. I'd take a mental health day on Thursday, but I have a doctor's appointment and I need the phone that day.
