Enchantment
Prompt: "I do not understand how anyone can live without one small place of enchantment to turn to." Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings What does enchantment mean to you?

To me, enchantment is the woods in a fairy tale. An English cottage or house like in a Jane Austen novel. I love looking at magazines and books with English cottages. I wish I had an English cottage to go to. I have my front room edition where I can sit in a chair and read books surrounded by wicker furniture and tea pots and snowbabies. This makes me feel enchanted. I can look outside and see fields of green and corn and mint. I live in the country. This is my enchantment.

I love writing. I am happy writing about something Jane Austen, unicorns or other stories. I feel enchanted. Enchanted can be daydreaming or what ever place makes you feel good and can get away from life's problems. Enchantment is what you want it to me. I still think enchantment is an English cottage, Jane Austen or fairy tales. I am so there!

I love this image by AE Wilcox. Beautiful.
