I agree. Most scientists will tell you that they do not have all the answers. They have theories and hypotheses. The one thing that was drummed into us in my Living Systems class was that scientists do not have answers. They ask a lot of questions and they are right some of the time but most generally they can only tell you that if they do certain things consistently certain other things will likely result.
