It was an owl.

Guess what? I had an owl looking in my window last night. It's been a while since I've seen an owl, it was really cool! I called my son out and he managed a couple of pictures of it. It was dark so it was hard to make out. It didn't look at all white, but when it opened up its wings to fly away, I swear the inside of its wings were white! Like I said, it was dark but I think that is what I saw. I swear!

I finished watching 'The Martian' today for the second time. What an awesome movie! It made me wonder if calorie intake would be needed less in space due to less gravity and such. I suppose I should find out because it might impact some of my very own stories. I have characters on a planet nearly the size of Mars.
