Oct. 15: - Setting: Cultural Setting
One: Each faction have their own beliefs and rules to follow. There is the main faction (name tba), the main antagonist faction (name tba) (keep their followers in line by leading with fear), a military faction (from the naval base - Harmon), a religious faction (formed out of fear from the outbreak), an armed forces faction (police, firemen and volunteers), a male-dominated faction (sexist, supremacist),

Two: Each faction is run differently as the leader/s of each faction apply rules, regulations, practices, etc as they see fit. Some factions are more extreme than others and the interaction between each faction can be difficult.

Three: The factions regularly meet to discuss general laws that they must follow to remain civil to one another, but not all factions follow the laws like they should. Sometimes they bend or break the rules to suit themselves.

Four: If the laws are broken a jury made up of the factions decides the fate of those who broke the rules, depending on the severity of the law.

Five: Basic technologies are available like radio transmitters and generators. Some factions are more prepared and others are more primitive.

Six: The setting does not exist prior to the pre-story.

Seven: The setting is part of the story for the survivors to live.
