Transformation from alien...

...into a human being?

I guess I've managed somehow. I certainly felt estranged as a child.

I've actually learned some social skills! Not all... don't get your hopes up.

I think I have changed more than once. We aliens are allowed to do that. It's humans who feel that change is the enemy. Without movement there is no life and change is movement. Basically, if you haven't transformed you're dead. And if you are dead? The worms transform you into a more valuable form of existence regardless.

I have become a better person along the way. If I live another decade or two I might even become good! Like my mother...

...who transformed from a nervous depressed woman in her 40s into a delightful old lady with a sense of humor.

Amazing.

My friends still have hope.
