Tableau: Sanctuary

Through frosty window,
I see snowflakes dance
a winter ballet,
while fireplace crackles
in sanctuary--
time warp to a dream.

Form: The Tableau

Number of Lines:
Minimum 6

Rules:
1 or more stanzas, each containing 6 lines.
Since the dictionary states the word tableau means picture or representation, the poem should reflect this.
A picture should come to mind as the poem is read.

Meter:
Each line should have five beats.

Rhyme Scheme:
No rhyming scheme.

Choices for the poets to make this week: Your poem can be about any topic.

Sunlight cannot warm
