Hope Ninety Isn’t My Average

That’s right. I wrote ninety single sentences yesterday at work. That may not read like a lot of writing. And it’s not. But considering where I was at and how bad the weather was, I think that it is a lot. The weather was very, very bad yesterday. It rained most of it. Most of the time it rained a lot. The rest of the time it only rained a little. But it was almost non-stop rain though.

As bad as the weather was, work was even worse. It appeared to be back to normal at work yesterday. What do I mean by that? I mean that it wasn’t Saturday or Sunday like Thursday was. It wasn’t a normal Friday either. That’s because it was a lot worse than that. In fact, it was almost as bad as my Wednesdays have been since I started working at the other post on Wednesdays. It’s not quite that bad. But it’s very close to being it. That’s how bad it was at work yesterday.

Ninety single sentences equal to two Acts and one Teaser Act. And it looks like that might be my average per day. At least it might be on a typical Thursday and Friday. I can’t count on that may sentences on Wednesday because I doubt that I will get that many on Wednesdays. If I’m lucky, I may get half of that. I can’t guarantee that many on Thursday and Friday. but I have a better chance of doing them then than I do on my Wednesdays.

I’m hoping that I will be getting a lot more than ninety single sentences written on the weekends. And I think that I have a very good chance of doing that too. Especially, if it’s a normal weekend. Only this time of year it may not be very normal. In fact, it may turn out to be just the opposite of that. I hope that it isn’t. But it could turn out to be that bad or worse.

I will know more about that after I get finished with work today. But I do know one thing right now about work today. And that is, no matter if I get ninety or more written, I’m going to get as many single sentences that I can do. Like I just wrote above, I’m hoping that it will be a lot. But even if it’s ninety or less I’m going to do as many of them as I can. I don’t think that it will be that bad. And it shouldn’t be. But it could. I will know more about that when I write my next blog entry.
