Despite Being at Work
Despite Being at Work

Because of work, it wasn’t easy to do. But I did manage to get seventy single sentences written for my Water Wars movie Treatment. That may not read like a lot of writing. But considering I did it while at work yesterday, I’m a little bit surprised that I did that many.

At first, it didn’t look like I was going to even get one Act done. Not only did I have work to slow me down for the first couple of hours, but I also had the sun trying to blind me for about the first three hours. During those first three hours, I only manage to write about one-third of the single sentences for my Water Wars scriptwriting project.

It took me around another couple of hours to finish off Act Six. That only left me about three hours to do Act Seven. And it took me five hours to do the first Act. So, logically it should have taken another five hours to do the second one. That’s why it didn’t look like I was going to be getting so many sentences written.

Luckily, the middle for hours into my shift at work was kind of slow. It was still extremely busy there. But I did have a little bit of time to rest and write during that time. It wasn’t too much time. And it still didn’t look like I was going to get another thirty-five sentences written. Especially, since work picked back up again very strongly the last couple of hours. But I barely did with almost a half-hour to spare.

Act Seven practically wrote itself. Once I started writing it, I could stop myself. True, work did slow me down a little bit a lot of the time. But it didn’t stop me from my writing. The words just seemed to flow out of my pencils onto my paper. It’s true, I did have to do some erasing to do. But it wasn’t that bad either.

Work was extremely busy yesterday. Especially, during the first two hours of it and the last two. Luckily, the middle four wasn’t too bad. So, I got the chance to catch up a little and finish writing two more Acts for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. That only leaves me one more regular Act to do. And then I only Tag Act Two to get done.

That only leaves fifty-five single sentences left to write for my Water Wars movie Treatment. I shouldn’t have too much trouble doing that. After all, today is Saturday. And most Saturdays aren’t too busy usually. I’m hoping it’s going to be about the same. If not a lot better. But after the last three days, I’m not so sure that is going to happen.

I will know for sure when I’m ready to start my next blog entry. Until then, all I can do is to continue working on this project. Which I’m going to be doing when I return to work today. I’m just not sure how much writing I will be able to get done. It all depends on how busy work is today.
