This Blog isn't just for my scriptwriting Projects. It's also for my other activities. |
Another Day Off Almost Wasted It’s true, I haven’t gotten too much writing done today when it comes to my last WDC Short Story. But I did get a few of them done. Which means that I’m down to two-thirds left to write on it. That doesn’t read like too much of an improvement. And it isn’t. But it’s better than not getting any writing done at all. I know that I still have a long way to go. And only a few more days to get there. But I can still do it. I’m just going to need to force myself to finish writing it. Even if it means doing an all-nighter my first day off next week. I probably won’t have enough time to finish it on my second day off. So, I need to do it on the first day. I’m not sure if I can do it or not. But I think that I can. It’s not going to be easy to do. But I need to try. After all, this is going to be my last WDC Short Story for at least half of next year. It’s probably going to be the whole year. But that may change, though. It all depends on how I feel about my scriptwriting in a few months. I plan on devoting the whole year to my scriptwriting. But that may change too. You never know with me. Why haven’t I got any more writing done today on my WDC Short Story for this month? There are a couple of reasons behind that. One reason is it’s the day before Christmas. True, my brother and I don’t really celebrate Christmas anymore. But everyone else around us does. And a lot of them are waiting for the last second to do it. Another reason sort of relates to writing, though. I went to see ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’ today. True, I went because I’m a big fan. And I went because it’s Science Fiction. But I also did it because of the scriptwriter in me. Not only did I watch the movie, but I also saw how it was written. That helps me when it comes to my writing. I don’t know about everyone else. But it does help me.

After all, this has already been translated into a language that we all know and understand - English (German, French, Italian, Russian, etc.). |
