Chicken Salad Sandwich1

Post New Year's Day breakfast:
chicken salad sandwich
mad with coleslaw dressing
and sweet dill picks,
while yesterday's left over turkey
is cooking in the the soup pot.

          ...for fresh brewed coffee on this beautiful winter morning.
          ...that my Bank of America checking account is not overdrawn today.
          ...for the banana to go with my coffee.
          ...that I was able to place my Humana over-the-counter order today .
          ...for the chicken sandwich I had for breakfast.
          ...that "New Year's Voyage"  received honorable mention in "Stormy's poetry newsletter & contest"  for January.
          ...for the turkey soup I had for dinner.
          ...that I could transfer $15.52 from my Paypal account to my checking account.
          ...for the merit badge I received.
