January 10, 2020 Today I will:
PROMPT January 10th

I love the morning and I wake with the sun *Sun*. My morning routine sounds boring to me and yet it sets the tone for my day.

It is very simple, I first feed Molly, my cat *Cat2*, who if she is not fed first, will nag me until I've done it. I set my coffee brewing and while it brews I do a stretching exercise that is laughingly called Italian Yoga. It moves, it stretches, it twists each part of my body which helps my balance, and contributes to keeping me strong and limber.

When my coffee is ready, (I drink it black) I take a cup *MugB* to my desk, open Microsoft One Note and begin a journal entry and create a "To do" list for the day. Needless to say. I then check in at WDC. The timing of all of this is predicated on whether or not I am scheduled to go into the office on that day or I have some other commitment. On days I don't go into the office I schedule certain domestic chores to complete. It is not a cut in stone list. If I get it done, I get it done. If I don't, it goes on tomorrow's list. I like order in my life, it gives me freedom and clarity.

Now I'm already boring myself so I'm going to quit right here. Besides, Molly *Cat* is attacking my fingers as I type because she wants attention.
