Prompt: February 17 is Random Acts of Kindness Day. Write about a random act of kindness.

I believe random acts of kindness should be just that: random. I don't believe the one doing it should toot their own horn because when they do they have their reward. I try to do good all the time. Random acts of kindness go with the territory in my line of work. However I do not do so for the praise or titles. I do it because it is the right thing to do. It's fun to serve others and the blessings don't stop coming. I can look at myself in the mirror and like the man looking back.

Prompt: "Where do you want to be in ten years?"

I hope to have my Ph. D. and be doing counseling in ten years.
