WATT'S GNUS

Taiwan has more people than New York. It is one of the most densely populated places on earth. Today it reports 348 positive cases of the Wuhan-virus (which is what they call it there) and 5 deaths. Fewer cases than Costa Rica. New York on the other hand has over 100,000 cases and within a couple days should pass both Spain and Italy. There is no good news about the pandemic today.

"I think knowing yourself is a good starting point to be able to accept yourself as is or change yourself.

Since you mention beer ... I never liked the taste nor smell of it. I liked wine! Deep red sweet luscious wine. Easy to accept that about myself. It was harder when I realized I shouldn't touch alcohol in any form. So I don't. But if I needed to drink beer to stay alive or needed to take a nightcap of deep red port (for my health of course...) would I be flexible enough to face that new reality?"
