A few days ago I made some cookie-cake sandwiches.

It was red velvet cake made into cookies with chocolate icing in the middle. It was really good and my family loved it! But I am definitely a recipe-follower.

I like the structure it brings and it’s kind of calming.

Also I’m a complete novice in baking (even though I’ve been doing it for years) so free styling isn’t an option.

Though I can make tacos and scrambled eggs without directions so I feel pretty proud of that.
